BBBEE Partnerships
Since all TSiBA beneficiaries fall within the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment codes and categories of Black Designated groups, TSiBA provides highly effective empowerment partner solutions to address each one of the elements of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice (2013).
Skill Development: From bursaries in support of our Business School students to Learnerships and skills development short courses through the Ignition Academy, the TSIBA collective is perfectly positioned to partner with business to address the Skills Development component of the Codes. TSIBA is always actively looking for business partners to support our beneficiaries on the journey to becoming active active economic citizens. .
Enterprise & Supplier Development: TSiBA Ignition Academy’s content development, facilitation and mentorship expertise is an invaluable platform from which to build ESD interventions for corporate partners, and to support emerging black owned business enterprises. The Ignition Academy is a recognised third party facilitator of Enterprise Development (certificate issued by Empowerdex).
Ownership: TSIBA Education Trust serves over 80% Black beneficiaries (as defined by the Codes) through its mandate to support the empowerment work effected through TSIBA Business School and Ignition Academy. The Trust acts in this way as a strategic empowerment ownership solution to corporate clients who are looking to improve their ownership scorecard, while ensuring that such partnerships adds value to its business and enables real and lasting social and economic impact.
Socio-economic Development: By donating to TSIBA Business School, you are contributing to an accredited not-for-profit company and public benefit organisation that works in the development of youth and future business leaders in South Africa.
