Overview of Introduction to Project Management
Delivered by the TSiBA Ignition Academy, this course will help tackle the basic principles of project management within a wide range of business sectors. By working in management teams students will cover all vital areas needed for successful projects, including best practice, team management, interpersonal and group communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership and emotional intelligence.
This course will be taught over a period of four training dates to complete the relevant notional hours. The Introduction to Project Management Course features workplace assignments and summative assessments.
