- National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a Higher Certificate pass endorsement
- Achieve a minimum of 20 points on the TSIBA Points System (TPS)
Certificate Overview
The Higher Certificate in Business Administration (HCBA) is an 8 month full-time qualification which provides students with a Higher Certificate qualification and a strong quantitative foundation to step up to a Business Degree.
Upon completion of the HCBA students gain access to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at TSIBA Business School.
The HCBA is offered at NQF level 5 and is SAQA registered with the ID Number 84186.
You will earn 132 Credits in successful completion of the programme.

Fees
Tuition fees at TSIBA Business School are supported by generous tuition scholarships which enable undergraduate students to contribute towards their tuition at relative levels of affordability. TSIBA Business School’s undergraduate students pay only what they can afford, removing any financial barriers to tertiary education.
No fees are payable for students whose household income is less than R 350 000 per year.
