The Ignition Academy is wholly owned by TSIBA Education Trust, and has an 82% black ownership rating (BEE Level 2).

"Retail Capital embarked on our Learnership Programme in 2018, and we didn't think twice about partnering with TSIBA. Our main objective is to be a growth partner, pioneering the stage of dreams, turning them into reality by giving students access to the best skillset in the job market. Through gaining practical experience whilst applying their theoretical knowledge, the students on our programme will be job market ready, with a multi-faced skill set. Think360 has the pleasure of hosting a student from the TSIBA learnership programme for work experience. It has been incredible to witness the growth over the last few months. He has shown initiative and potential. Since this is a learning environment, he has been faced with many challenges but through determination he has been able to overcome all the challenges set. One of the benefits of the programme is that he has the theory to understand the task at hand and has a frame of reference against which he can evaluate the task with.
